Prestige building perfectly located in the heart of the historic and effervescent Old Montreal. With large windows on three sides, all of the individual offices and conference rooms are bright with natural light. The size of the unit is 2297 square feet (213.4 square meters) and includes various separate rooms ranging from the enormous conference room to the more intimate offices. There are also three washrooms. Various closed spaces and configurations are available from an office of 100 square feet (9.3 square meters) up to the entire available space of 2300 square feet (213.4 square meters); the price of $1600 per month is based on the rental of a 100 square foot office. Each tenant wil have acces to a shared kitchen and lounge area as well as three washrooms. The tenant will supply proof of all risk insurance prior to the date of occupancy. Any services contracted by the tenant will be the tenant's responsability and at the tenant's expense. The base rent will be increased by 2% yearly starting from the second year of the lease. The conference tables and other furnishings shown in the photos could be included if the tenant wishes.
